The work under this Contract consists of the reconstruction of both South 59th Street and South 61st Street as 7 concrete pavement, on a 5" dense graded base of crushed stone or crushed concrete; with concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway approaches, landscaping, storm sewer, storm sewer relay and installation, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the Plans and included in these Special Provisions. South 59th Street from West Mobile Street to West Beloit Road South 61st Street from West National Avenue to north of West Mineral Street A Minority Business Enterprise is defined as an enterprise that is at least 50% owned or controlled by females or members of the following group Architectural Services M.B.E.
