Dema Fitness Track Rehabilitation Single

1. Contractor shall grade/drag approximately 35,000 SF of existing track surface and create a flow for the drainage of water away from the track. 2. Furnish and install 1.5”-2” of new 1/4” minus decomposed granite (DG) with stabilizer (Soil-Loc or equivalent). 3. Water the new 1/4” minus DG and stabilizer then compact with a steel drum roller. 4. Curbing shall be repaired or raised to separate the grass field from the track area and to stabilize the area around the outer part of the track as needed. Curb is 6” wide. Final condition of curbing shall be 2” above track and 6” wide. 5. Contractor will leave the finished work area clean, and free of any debris including any remaining construction materials.
