Property Management Services Region 4 - To provide Property Management Services at various Judicial Branch locations in Region 4. Property Management Services -- Region 4 300 Grand Street, Waterbury, Connecticut 400 Grand Street, Waterbury, Connecticut 7 Kendrick Avenue, Waterbury, Connecticut & 20 Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut The contract period shall be for 36 months commencing on the 1ST day of July, 2023, unless funding is withheld for the next fiscal year by the Connecticut General Assembly. Two (2) one-year extensions of the contract, under the conditions of this RFP, may be authorized by the Judicial Branch with the consent of the Contractor. Vendors Currently Registered Under the State's Small Business Set-aside Program Are Encouraged to Bid. Services Required: July 1, 2023 The Judicial Branch reserves the right to reject the proposal of any proposer that is in default of any prior contract or for misrepresentation.
