2022 Sink Fund: Softball Complex Project

Notice is given hereby that Negaunee Public Schools will accept bids from qualified contractors for renovations to: 2022 Sinking Fund - Softball Complex Project Negaunee, Michigan, 49866 This work includes, but is not limited to: The site preparation for, and construction of a new varsity softball field and relocation and surfacing of an existing gravel drive, including but not limited to selective site demolition, earthwork, drainage, paving, fencing, site concrete work and turf restoration. Also, the construction of Dugouts and a Press box including masonry, concrete, framing, roofing, painting and electrical work, along with other miscellaneous items as identified in the construction documents. Bids will be taken on a lump sum basis as defined on the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount. 100% Surety Bonds for performance and payment of labor and materials are required. Bonds must be submitted on the forms provided. No alteration(s) to the form will be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bidding or the bidding process and accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Owner completion by: Friday September 30, 2022

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
