| Description | The Contractor shall perform lot maintenance/clean-up, berm construction and related earthmoving activities in such a manner that damage is not inflicted to existing grounds, landscaping, trees, utilities, or other structures. In the event the Contractor causes damage to City of Phoenix property (sidewalks, berms, barricades, driveway entrances, alley entrances, curbs, gutters and streets) during his operations, the Contractor shall replace or repair the same at no cost to the City. | ||
