Chip Sealing and Fog Sealing Bid

58.75 miles more or less. Successful bidder to supply MC3000 oil & 3/8” washed quartzite chips, all equipment, brooms, signs, and flagmen to complete the chip sealing of 58.75 miles in Yankton County. Road will be sealed from grass edge to grass edge on roads. Outside temperature must be at least 65 degrees above zero each day before contractor can begin sealing. 58.75 miles more or less. Contractor to furnish CSS-1h oil. The fog seal shall be placed within five (5) days of the completion of the chip seal. Prior to the application of the fog seal, the Contractor will be required to broom the chip seal. A CSS-1h emulsion shall be used for the fog seal application.
