| Description | Work to be performed under this contract includes the following: Base Bid: Renovations to the Waldwick Senior Center as shown and specified. Alternate 1: Kitchen Renovations as described on Drawing A-100 and notes and details on other drawings. Alternate 2: New solid wood doors and frames for Men`s Room, Women`s Room, and Kitchen as described on Drawing A-101 and notes and details on other drawings. (Note new access hardware for these doors is part of the base bid). Alternate 3: Construct new built in cabinetry in window alcove as described on Drawing A-101 and notes and details on other drawings. (Note new solid plastic sill is part of the base bid). Alternate 4: Provide new cabinetry and solid plastic counter at locations indicated on drawings. (Note solid plastic counter is part of Alternate 4 price). Alternate 5: Provide new window blinds for all windows as specified on Drawing A-101 and specified herein. Alternate 6: Remove existing electrical receptacles and light switches throughout Community Room and provide new electrical receptacles and switches. | ||||||||||||||||||
