| Description | Custodial Cleaning Services for its facility located at 209 North Water Street, Corpus Christi, TX, as well as its Early Scholars Academy located at 1356 Farm to Market 43, Corpus Christi, TX 78415. The ESC-2 has three (3) floors: 1st floor - 52,505 square feet, 2nd floor - 45,422 square feet, and 3rd floor - 45,422 square feet for a total of 143,349 square feet. The ESA is a single story facility with 14,522 square feet. we are defining the workload specifications by identifying the areas of hard and carpeted floors, which include restrooms, lobby area, corridors, furniture, water fountains, countertops, waste receptacles, windows, floor mats, glass windows, floor molding, offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, computer labs, and other areas that may be located at the site. |
