| Description | The City of Delray Beach (City) is seeking Bids from qualified firms for Plumbing Maintenance and Repair in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid. The City will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award the contract on such coverage and terms it deems will best serve the interests of the City. Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 2 annual renewals |
