Water Place Roof Replacements

For a roofing contractor to remove and replace the existing roofing system at the Water Place Affordable Housing Complex Located at 1-17 E. Water Place, 18-22 W. Water Place, and 455 and 480 Dolittle. This work is to be performed in two stages as follows: Phase I-(May-September 2022)-Buildings 10-17 E. (4 Buildings) Water Place, Buildings 1-9 E. Water Place (4 Buildings) Phase II-(May-September 2023)- Buildings 18-22 W. Water Place (5 Buildings) and 455 Doolittle (1 Building), 480 Dolittle (1 Building) The selected contractor is to manage all work necessary to complete the project. They will need to work closely with CMW Roof Consulting to ensure the construction is aligned with the design documents. The contractor should also note that all units are occupied and managed by the City of Aspen.
