Description

Site Directions: Mill Run Subdivision: Lowell Dr and Druvor Rd between Newman Dr and Kortnee This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all tools, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove 450 SY of concrete, remove and replace 900 LF of curb & gutter, excavate 1150 CY, and install 300 LF of 12 and 1250 LF of 24 storm drain main pipe, 15 catch basins, 10 storm drain manholes, 175 SY of 4 and 225 SY of 5 concrete sidewalk, 600 CY each of uncrushed aggregate base and crushed aggregate base, 500 tons of asphalt, and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents.
