Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning Replacement Law Enforcement Center

The Ellis County Kansas Commission is accepting Request for Proposals (RFP) to design/build, upgrade and replace a portion of the current HVAC equipment and components located at the Law Enforcement Center, 105 West 12th Street, Hays, Kansas. All proposals must include name of Performance Bonding Company with a 5% Bid Bond or 5% total bid value in Cashier's Check to accompany proposal including fees for total amount included in each proposal. Successful bidder will submit a Performance and Payment Bond for the full Bid amount accepted to the Owner within 14 days of successful award. Failure to comply with statutory bond request may result in forfeiture of bid bond or cashier's check guarantee. All unsuccessful bidder's cashiers' checks will be returned within 30 days of bid date. All inquiries concerning this project, or the scope of work must be made no later than WEDNESDAY, November 16 th , 2022, at 12:00 pm CDT, and should be directed to Darin Myers, County Administrator.
