The proposed parking garage includes a ground plus two elevated deck garage with +/- 255 stalls. It will be open design, construction type is IIA. The respondent shall include professional services including architecture, structural engineering, civil and landscape design, and general contracting of the garage. The area of construction is the eastern half of the block bordered by Bat Street, Gottsche Avenue, Eustis Street and Clifford Avenue.
