Lorain County Hughes Road Bridge No. 0255

Supply and Delivery of a Galvanized Steel Beam Bridge Superstructure and Related Materials to the Site of the Hughes Road Bridge No. 0255 in Pittsfield Township in Lorain County, Ohio. Structure is to Have an Overall Length of 22' With a 28' Roadway Width. The Structure Must Include Detailed Plans Signed and Sealed by a Registered Professional Engineer Licensed in the State of Ohio. All Contractors Involved With This Project Will, to an Extend Practicable Use Ohio Products, Materials, Services and Labor in Implementation of This Project. Additionally, Contractor Compliance With the Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is Required. Bidders Must Be Listed on the Odot Pre-qualified List for Bridge Construction Level 2. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in Accordance With Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form, Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. The Board of Lorain County Commissioners Reserved the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities if It is Deemed in the Best Interest of Lorain County to Do So. Any Interpretation, Correction, or Modification to the Specifications Desired Shall Be in Writing to J.r. White, Administrator, 226 Middle Avenue, Elyria, Ohio 44035 and Must Be Received at Least Four (4) Working Days Prior to the Date of the Bid Opening.
