Description

Contractor to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for Cave Creek and Lone Mountain Waterline Connection Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project along with coordinating with 10A-B1 Booster Pump Station (BPS) Improvement CMAR contractor (selected through a separate advertisement).The project sites are 16” Waterline in Cave Creek Road (starting at 10A-B1 and between Cave Creek Rd. and Carefree Hwy.), and 16” Waterline in Lone Mountain Road (between Cave Creek Road and 56th St.).
