Avonworth School District Parking Lot

1. General Contract: This project involves work at Avonworth High School, including, but not limited to, existing site feature demolition; unclassified excavation; storm sewer installation; installation, maintenance and removal of erosion and sediment control measures; removal and replacement of chain link fence and gates; fine grading; traffic control; site access and protection; resident notifications; and site restoration and landscaping, complete in place. Add Alternates for the Base Bid will include, but not be limited to, concrete curbing, sidewalk, cheek walls and ADA ramp installation; aluminum handrail installation; segmental retaining wall construction; and fine grading, complete in place 2. Electrical Contract: This project involves electrical work at Avonworth High School to install new parking lot lighting.
