Description

This is a one (1) time contract. The City desires to have this project completed within twelve (12) to eighteen (18) months after the initial kickoff meeting. The City will not host a pre-bid meeting for this solicitation. Q & A deadline: Sep 16, 2022 6:00:00 PM EDT Questions will be answered until Friday, September 16, 2022 at 5:00 PM CST. All questions must be submitted in writing portal or e-mail to Elizabeth Anderson at eanderson@uptexas.org. Questions will not be answered over the phone. Please provide your total Cost proposal for the work described in these documents. Include consulting fees, travel, meeting fees, printing, Grand Total, and any other fees that the City would be expected to pay. RFP awards are approved by the City Council. Council meetings are held the first and third Tuesdays of each month. To obtain RFP results or tabulations, please check portal, or contact the Purchasing Division between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at 214-987-5480.
