Description

The purpose of this project is to restore all interior and exterior historic windows surfaces and framing of the Park Water Treatment Plant (WTP) located at 640 E. Main St. Salisbury, MD 21804. The City is requesting bids from qualified and experienced companies to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals for restoring all historic windows and rerouting the HVAC ductwork from the windows through the wall as indicated in Attachment 2: Park Water Treatment Plant Plan Set Sheets T-1 through A-2 (5 pages) including the construction of two (2) interior office spaces.
