| Description | The Allegheny National Forest (managed by the USDA Forest Service) in Pennsylvania has a requirement to establish an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for forest-wide Broadcast Herbicide Application services. The Contractor will provide all equipment (except for that listed as Government Furnished Property), labor, materials, herbicide, transportation, supervision, and incidentals necessary to apply herbicide in accordance with the Schedule of Items and Specifications. The primary objective of this project is to spray selected herbicides on understory vegetation in designated areas on the Allegheny National Forest during July, August, and September by licensed Pennsylvania pesticide applicators (category 05, forest pest control), using a contractor supplied ground-based high-volume sprayer. |
