Description

The Work of Project includes, but is not limited to: all materials, labor and equipment necessary to clear trees, build two aggregate-surfaced entrance roads, four aggregated surfaced parking lots each with six to nine parking spaces, reduce the size of one existing parking lot, build five concrete assessable parking pads, one low-water crossing, one culvert and other miscellaneous construction specified by the Contract Documents. Site Directions: From Hayti I-55 exit, take Highway 84 east, then County Road 337 north, and County Road 338 east to Black Island Conservation Area. Parking Lot 3 is along County Road 339. Parking Lot 6 and the Entrance Road to Parking Lot 7 is on County Road 333. Parking Lot 8 is on County Road 336 and the Entrance Road to Parking Lot 9 is on County Road 338.
