Description

- Currently there is approximately 4100 sq. feet that comprises a shared lobby, greeting areas for the general public, general work areas, and a break room. The basement currently utilizes storage and meeting areas. - The renovation will provide office space for Supervisor and Assessor staff. There will be remodeled restrooms, and an enlarged shared breakroom. - The parking area will be upgraded to accommodate 34 vehicles with the possibility of four electric vehicles. - All building HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Power Distribution/Lighting/Phone/Data/ will be upgraded to modern standards - The renovated space will be approximately 6946 square ft. The renovation and addition is for the Edwardsville Township property located at 300 West Park Street Edwardsville, Illinois. All bids shall be submitted in writing and signed by the bidder or an authorized agent and must include the bidders address and phone number. This bid calls for the construction of a 'public work,' within the meaning of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq, ("the Act"). Edwardsville Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities.
