Water Service Connection and Restoration

The City of Delray Beach, through its Utilities Department, seeks a qualified firm to furnish and install water service connections and restoration, including water taps and restoration related to the two inch (2") galvanized water main replacement to include taps; service connections; placement of meter boxes; valves; service lines and restoration; and installation of water meters and attached equipment. The City will NOT HOLD a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Request for Equal Products : Vendors may submit for City of Delray Beach's consideration, a request to approve an equal product for a product/specification of this solicitation. The request for Equal Products must be submitted by email to the Purchasing Agent no later than Friday September 6, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. E.T. Refer to the Special Terms and Conditions - Section 1.9 for additional information. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope S2G by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Periscope S2G. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
