2022 Preservation ADA Improvements (Group 1)

The 2022 Preservation ADA Improvements Group 1 project will construct or upgrade sidewalk curb ramps to meet current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations prior to pavement preservation work including sidewalk, curb and pavement restoration, and installing detectable warning surfaces, at various locations in Clark County. Primary bid items: Construction Surveying; Crushed Surfacing Base Course; HMA Cl. 3/8 In. PG 58H22; Landscape Restoration; Cement Conc. Traffic Curb and Gutter; Cement Conc. Pedestrian Curb; Cement Conc. Sidewalk; Cement Conc. Curb Ramp, and Traffic Control. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or proposal bond in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid. Questions and requests for clarification must be submitted using the electronic CRP Inquiry Submittal Form located on the County website. The County reserves the right to waive informalities in the bidding, reject any or all bids, or cancel the bid if the best interests of Clark County are not served. Engineer's Estimate: $275,000 - $330,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
