Convenience Center Construction

The Work shall be as follows: 1. Construction of Valley Falls Convenience Center consisting of the following: a. Erosion and sedimentation controls. b. Clearing and grubbing and demolition and removal of existing residential structure and paving. c. Excavation, fill placement, export of excess material and grading to achieve suitable subgrade for proposed site and driveway. d. Installation of stormwater drainage piping system. e. Water main connection and extension from existing main. f. Driveway and parking area asphalt paving including traffic control. h. Concrete paving in dumpster and off-loading areas. i. Installation of three poured in place retaining walls including associated bollards and railing guards. j. Grading and installation of a permanent dry detention basin. k. Installation and grading of a clean stormwater conveyance measure. l. Improvements to existing traffic signal at entrance to Valley falls Road. m. Allowance for purchase, installation and utility connections to one storage building and one office building. n. Installation and utility connections to six solid waste compactors. o. Site electrical plan to serve improvements including buildings and compactors. p. Installation of site fencing and access gates, signage and striping.
