The Fire Department of the City of New York seeks the services of a qualified Contractor to provide repair services for overhead doors at Fire Department facilities located in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Staten Island. This solicitation is an M/WBE Noncompetitive Innovative Procurement, being made in accordance with PPB Rules 3-12 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules, and subject to the requirements outlined in the applicable innovative procurement memo. This procurement is exclusively for City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Businesses (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,000,000, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.
