| Description | CONTINUUM OF CARE, NEW HAVEN is requesting licensed and insured Electrical contractors to provide bids for their properties located at 85 Oregon Road, Meriden and 980 North Colony Road, Meriden . The project is for the design and installation of a standby generator (16KW) for each property. Scope to include a 200A automatic transfer switch, mounting pad and include battery and programming for each site. The awarded vendor is responsible for furnishing permit application to the City of Meriden for their work scope and related fees. Price should include dumpster (if necessary) and permit feeds. The North Colony property can support a natural gas fueled standby generator. The Oregon property would require propane fueled standby generator (propane requirements will be handled by owner). The project is tax-exempt, and funded by owner and City of Meriden CDBG funds.
