Lynchburg Center for Industry - Phase I - City of Lynchburg

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lynchburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Complete one side of the sidewalk at the Lynchburg Center for Industry located off of Graves Mill Road. This project is submitted in partnership with Economic Development. Additional funding will need to be applied for in future grant funding cycles. This project is in included in the City of Lynchburg - Procurement FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 16, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
