** This project has been awarded to Fowler General Construction, Inc. $13,224,000. ** TOPPENISH SCHOOL DISTRICT PROJECTS For the construction of: Toppenish School District No. 202 Toppenish School Projects Toppenish, WA 98948 Separate Bids are requested for each associated Project within each Site/Scope. Note that the costs associated with the bid and any additional work, exclusion and/or clarifications must be clearly provided with bid. Bids will be opened with the Owner and the bidders present at the aforementioned time and place and read orally. The Owner will analyze and a bid will be selected based on bid price, budget, scope of work proposal, exclusions/additions and other criteria deemed important to the Owner and per Bidding Specifications. Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be considered.
