Crack Sealing Services

The City of Dover New Hampshire is seeking a qualified vendor to provide crack sealing services for pavement surfaces at various locations throughout the City as specified by the Community Services Department. General information and specifications are as follows. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (k.cragin@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Bid's due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Bid will be provided to all Proposers of record. The work covered by this section of these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and traffic control necessary to perform all night work operations in connection with reshaping, cleaning, and sealing of random cracks in bituminous concrete pavements, and vegetation removal and sterilization of cracks where necessary. Methods and materials shall be as specified by The NHDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction 2016, Section 413 - HotPoured Crack Sealant. The task shall be completed by December 7, 2022 pending weather installation limitations.
