Description

The City of Smithville will receive bids for the reconstruction of Four (4) homes. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Construction of Four (4) Three-bedroom homes as described in 2 different plans and specs to be built on same lots within the City. These homes are funded thru the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs HOME program. The City of Smithville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Smithville for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualification of bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
