Description The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of three (3) single-family housing units through the Owner Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program (HOME Project 306-18 Round 3). This work consists primarily of the repair, rehabilitation or possible replacement of single-family site built, manufactured, or mobile homes. Each of the three projects may include, but not be limited to, the following: repair and upgrade of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, insulation, lead based paint abatement and/or removal, and other related repairs for targeted residential units meeting all HUD requirements and local building codes.
