Description

To replace the HVAC (heating/ventilation/air-conditioning) system at South High School, 1801 Hollywood Drive, Pueblo, Colorado, 81005. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing, removing and disposing of the existing HVAC system as needed; installing new HVAC system & equipment, and all engineering, design, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform high quality work as further described in the Scope of Work. The Contractor will also be responsible for the removal and disposal of the existing HVAC system equipment that is no longer needed or that would interfere with the new system and or is required by the District to prevent any accessibility or safety issues. The Contractor will: • Install Rooftop DOAS units for classrooms & offices • Install Rooftop heating/cooling units for gymnasium, auditorium and cafeteria • Fabricate and install all sheet metal per SMACNA standards • Install Grilles, Registers and Diffusers • Install complete VRF system • Install, modify and upgrade existing hydronic system for new DOAS equipment • Install gas and or other system piping as required • Install Duct and pipe insulation • Provide all new equipment start-ups, testing, commissioning, and final reports • Provide inspections by authorized manufacturer representatives • Provide all lifts and hoisting as necessary • Provide Structural Engineering • Provide Mechanical Engineering • Provide Electrical Engineering • Provide structural work if necessary, for new roof mounted equipment. • Provide roofing for new equipment and supports of ductwork and piping. • Obtain Colorado State permits (Plumbing and Electrical) • Pueblo Regional permits (Mechanical) • Provide DDC controls for new work and equipment (JCI) • Provide complete electrical system for new equipment • Provide disconnects for smaller equipment • Provide service upgrades and associated feeders • Provide Upgrades to Electrical Feeds • Provide general contractor work for curbs, drywall cut and patch. • Provide Project management to include site superintendent • Provide Submittals & Shop Drawings • Provide shutdown scheduling if necessary • Maintain a job safety program • Provide CPM Schedule • Provide Three week look ahead schedule • Provide Weekly team meetings • Provide As-Build Drawings • Provide Operation & maintenance manuals • Provide Owner with 3 planned manufacturers recommended cycle change of all MERV-13 filters
