| Description | 1. Tear down and remove existing structure. (Dispose of debris at landfill) All disposal fees are responsibility of Contractor. All State and Local government requirements for demolitions to be met. 2. Excavate and remove foundation from site. 3. Backfill to existing grade. Backfill material shall meet MaineDOT 703.19 Granular Borrow and be placed in no more than 12" lifts when compacted with heavy compaction equipment (maximum 8" lifts if using hand-operated tampers). |
