Convert 1 Tennis Court to 2 Pickleball Courts

To convert one (1) existing Tennis Court into two (2) Pickleball Courts to involve resurfacing and outlining the converted Pickle Ball Courts. Scope of Work to Include : 1. Pressure wash court 2. Installation of 2 sets of pickleball post sleeves in a 4`-0" deep concrete footing. 3. Fill all cracks with concrete and grind smooth. 4. Install Armor Crack repair or equal product over all cracks. 5. Install one (1) coat of acrylic resurfacer. 6. Install two (2) coats of combination surface. 7. Layout and paint 2" white lines for two (2) tennis courts. 8. Layout and paint 2" white lines for two (2) pickleball courts. 9. Furnish and install two (2) new sets of pickleball posts . 10. Furnish and install two (2) new pickleball nets.
