Improvements to Building #17 HVAC

Bid Number: PWCN-23-0028 Demolition and replacement of the existing HVAC systems serving Building 17 at City of Virginia Beach municipal center. Additional, select, repair work is included to support HVAC replacement. The city of Virginia beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals in whole or in part and to wave any informalities in the bid/proposal process and reserves the right to enter into any contract deemed to be in the best interest of the city. The specifications in this bid/proposal are intended as a quality indicator and guide for your bidding/response and unless otherwise stated, the city will consider alternate bids/proposals of equal or better quality, which shall be accompanied by descriptive literature. The entire contents of this invitation to bid/request for proposal, any addenda, and bidder's/proposer's response shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.
