Cayuga Creek Park and Trail

This project consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition of a portion of an existing retaining wall, roadway milling and full depth excavation, as well as asphalt removal. Along with pavement removal, a portion of an existing concrete sidewalk and nearby guiderail will be removed and replaced. Various trees along the embankment are also expected to be removed. New work is as described, but not limited to, a significant amount of regrading for future open lawn/park space (topsoil; seed), planted landscaped beds (canopy and understory trees, perennials, plant grade topsoil, and mulch) and an 8’ wide asphalt pathway (6” subbase and 4” asphalt). New concrete sidewalk, curbs, ADA ramps, stairs and raised planters will make up the Terrace area of the park; this includes, handrails, fencing, subbase, topsoil, understory trees, perennials, mulch lawn seed and Corten steel sheet panels.
