Description

A. The Project shall be known as Primary Solids Handling Pump Modifications for Hilliard Fletcher Wastewater Treatment Plant and the general character of said public works project shall consist of the following: The project shall include the installation/replacement of three (3) Vaughan chopper pumps, two (2) Penn Valley primary sludge pumps. Also included shall be the installation/replacement of associated mechanical piping, electrical work, and minimal site work. B. The approximate quantities of said Project are as follows: Installation of three (3) Vaughan Chopper Pumps Installation of two (2) Penn Valley Primary Sludge Pumps. C. Special instructions are as follows: Coordinate with the owner during installation process. Necessary shut down times of any existing equipment at the Wastewater Plant shall be coordinated with Josh Bonner with the City of Tuscaloosa. D. The City will furnish the following: Three (3) Vaughan Chopper Pumps Two (2) Penn Valley Primary Sludge Pumps.
