General Construction

To perform general construction services located at various Washington County facilities. The contract to be awarded for this service activity will be for an original term of one (1) year. The contract will auto-renew up to four additional one (1) year terms unless either party gives thirty (30) days’ notice of its intent not to renew. Services include but are not limited to: General carpentry Demolition Interior/Exterior renovations Ability to manage vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. Ability to dispose of construction debris in accordance to state and local regulations and maintain records of proper disposal. Contractor shall provide emergency service that shall be available seven days per week, twenty-four hours per day, and three hundred and sixty five days per year. Response to emergency service shall not exceed one hour. Contractor shall provide Washington County with a twenty-four hour per day, seven days per week, emergency phone number. Ability to perform board-up services when needed.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
