| Description | The Nottoway Youth Recreation Association is accepting bids for lawn care at the Railroader Complex in Crewe, VA. The complex is approximately 7.5 acres and is home to three ball fields: Beamer Field, Hackney Field and Coldiron Field. Description of request services: Mowing of all grass, within the boundaries depicted in the image below according to the following schedule: March 1st to June 1st Two (2) cuttings per week June 1st to September 1st One (1) cutting per week September 1st to November 1st Two (2) cuttings per week Trimming along all fence lines, buildings and structures on the property. Weed control may be used thereafter to reduce trimming requirements. However, if weed control is not utilized, trimming will be required no less than once per month. Application of weed control along all fence lines on the property. Application of weed control in base paths on Beamer Field (baseball field), and entire infields on Hackney and Coldiron Fields (softball fields). |
