RFP Construction Manager at risk - Oak Point Park Maintenance Facility

The CMAR will work with the Architect and the City and review construction documents in process in process and at current level (0%) and at 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% levels of completion to ensure the feasibility and constructability of the Architect's design, and that the cost of construction of the Project is within the estimated Construction Budget through value engineering, the selection of construction systems and materials, cost estimating, scheduling, and other means. The City of Plano expects to receive formal estimate submittals at the levels indicated above and reserves the right to ask for more estimates if needed to achieve the project goal.
