Description

The Existing Fairbank Community Center will remain occupied and operational during the renovation of the 11,384 gsf Atkinson Pool Building and 40,400 gsf addition, which together will become the new Fairbank Community Center. The existing structure, except for the Pool Building, will be demolished upon completion and occupancy of the new Center. The new Fairbank Community Center will continue to serve as an Emergency shelter and house Sudbury Public Schools Administrative Offices, Parks and Recreation Department and the Council on Aging. This project includes site work.
