Water Works Improvements

For the construction of a new Elevated Water Storage Tank and new Water Booster Station to serve the City’s Industrial Park. The Project will be constructed in one (1) single prime contract, which is outlined in the construction documents and specifications. This contract consists of the construction of a new 300 gpm water booster station and new 100,000 gallon elevated water storage tank of the multiple column design. The project also includes SCADA system improvements, electrical work, connections to existing water mains, and approximately 1,500’ of new water main, together with all associated valves, fittings, hydrants, disinfection, testing and startup to provide a complete and operational system.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
