Description

DCAMM Certification Required. The work of the contract includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing boilers and hot water heaters in the mechanical room, including associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Additionally, replacement of existing exterior exhaust and intake louvers with a new sheet metal plenum and dampers, and new concrete housekeeping pads for new boiler pumps and expansion tanks.
