PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. The Project consists of construction of new 8-inch gravity sewer, abandonment of 42-inch gravity sewer and manhole, construction of new service laterals, re-route of existing service laterals, manhole rehabilitation, and 42-inch CIPP liner installation. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office Please be advised that all questions or comments for the above subject project will be accepted in writing only via email. Appropriate responses will be issued only to those items considered necessary by the Engineer via an addendum. No questions will be accepted via telephone.
