Renovation work of the Clyde Austin 4-H Wildlife Building renovation project shall generally include the following: 1. Demolition of specified existing interior wall partitioning and removal of existing mechanical plumbing and electrical systems. 2. Removal of existing metal roof system and associated rake trim, facia trim, gutters and downspouts, and insulation systems associated with the roof. 3. Removal of miscellaneous attached equipment, and termination of utilities specified. 4. Removal of all windows, doors and frames and modification of openings to receive new doors, windows and frames. 5. Removal of all concrete sidewalks and patios immediately touching the entire perimeter of the building. 6. New construction shall generally include new support foundations and footings for new rated occupancy separation wall, construction of new occupancy separation wall, construction of all new partitioning, mechanical, plumbing, electrical equipment, and specified room finishes. 7. New replacement metal roofing systems and associated trim and insulation systems as well as new gutters and downspouts. 8. New side and end gable covered porch construction. 9. New exterior siding, trim and synthetic stone veneer at base of walls. 10. New concrete sidewalks and patio areas immediately adjacent to the building. |
