Deming Park Restroom Improvements

Deming Park Restroom Renovations Questions concerning this IFB should be directed to the City of Pittsfield Purchasing Agent up to five (5) business days before the time and date ofthe bid opening The City of Pittsfield is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to perform improvements to the restrooms at Deming Park in Pittsfield. The Scope ofWork shall include, but not be limited to, providing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the work outlined below, as shown on the drawings, and as described in the Bidding Documents: City of Pittsfield IFB #24-012 Deming Park Restroom Improvements 1. Alterations and upgrades to the existing men's and woman's toilet rooms. 2. Alterations to an adjacent storage room and toilet room to create a new accessible single user toilet room. 3. Material testing was coordinated by the City of Pittsfield and the results are provide in the appendix of the project specifications. 4. General Contractor to provide abatement services as required by all related work within the work area.
