Construction Manager shall provide deferred maintenance, renovation and repairs to school facilities including, but not limited to, ADA and CSIR compliance requirements, replacement of exterior doors and windows, roof repair, electrical and lighting replacement, intercom/sound system, security system, fire alarm system, HVAC and plumbing systems, paving and play court resurfacing, marquees and scoreboards, plumbing work and other work.
