Street Paving Project 2023

For Street Paving Project 2023 To furnish and install the following materials and appurtenances for the City of Pierre's STREET PAVING PROJECT 2023 which includes but is not limited to: BID SCHEDULE "A": Construction of approximately 10,900 Tons of (1/2") Hot Mix Asphalt with 20% RAP (RAP Provided by OWNER from 2023 millings/hauled by CONTRACTOR), 550 Tons of (3/8") Hot Mix Asphalt, 35 Tons of Tack Oil, 550 Tons of 58-34 Binder with Evotherm, 47,500 Square Yards of Cold Asphalt Milling, 35 EA Adjust Manholes w/ Owner Furnished Rings, and 70 EA Adjust Valves w/Owner Furnished Materials. BID SCHEDULE "B": City Patch Mix and Paver-Laid Patch Mix. All to be completed on City streets, roads, and parking lots. Bids shall be included in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title, name and address of the Bidder, and accompanied by the bid security and other required documents. If the bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED - 2023 STREET PAVING" on the face thereof. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
