Buck Island - Simmonsville Sidewalks, Phase 6

The Town of Bluffton is soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to construct approximately 2,000 linear feet of concrete sidewalk in the Simmonsville Road right of way from Sugaree Drive south to connect with existing sidewalk. The project includes grading and stormwater infrastructure. The general scope of services includes the following: 1. Demolition 2. Erosion control 3. Drainage 4. Paving 5. Mobilization, stakeout, traffic control and materials testing
