Maintenance and Repair of HVACR Units and Building Automation Control Systems

For: Maintenance & Repair Of Hvacr Units And Building Automation Control Systems (Two-years) A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of North Bergen, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 must be deposited by the bidder. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq. The Township of North Bergen reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Township to do so.
